These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Beyond Body Modification Website.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings
of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of the Republic of South Africa. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Vouchers & Gift Cards from Studio 57 Online

  1. The use of electronic vouchers or gift cards can be redeemed online at https://studio57online.co.za and in-store at Beyond Body Modification .
  2. It is valid for 90 DAYS from date of issue and must be utilised within this period.
  3. If the full value of your vouher or gift card is not utilised on your first purchase, the balance will remain on your voucher or gift card to be redeemed at a later date.
  4. In the event the voucher or gift card is lost and/or stolen, neither Studio57online (“Studio57”) – Beyond Body Modification nor any of its agents will be liable for any reimbursement of any nature, whatsoever.
  5. For a balance enquiry, record will be kept of purchases from Beyond Body Modification and monitored accordingly.
  6. The usage of the voucher is solely at the risk and discretion of the customer.
  7. Studio57 and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any internet network service operator’s delay in forwarding the voucher or gift card to the customer.
  8. A voucher can be applied to any item. If the total value of your purchase exceeds the value of the voucher used, the balance is required to be paid by using a credit card, EFT or cash.
  9. The gift card may not be used for any illegal transactions. It is your responsibility to determine whether a transaction is legal or not.
  10. Misuse of the voucher may constitute fraud and may lead to prosecution.
  11. This voucher or gift card may not be refunded or exchanged for cash or credit.
  12. Purchase authorisation will be declined if these terms and conditions are breached.
  13. The amount registered on the cardholder’s voucher or gift card will not accrue any interest.
  14. Exchange and/or return of merchandise purchased in whole or in part with the voucher or gift card, will be governed by the procedures and policies of Studio57 & Beyond Body Modification and the applicable law. At the time of any exchange or return, you must present both the merchandise receipt and the voucher or gift card.
  15. South African Law governs these terms and conditions.
